Taylor Milner has been a member of the North American Leadership team since the firm's founding in 2001. He is incredibly passionate about bringing Stroud's core purpose of "Unleashing Potential" to all of his work. Taylor is especially passionate about helping clients find more opportunity where little is perceived to exist and realize it, building the belief that more is always possible. He is a co-author of the Stop Guessing book to help even more people unleash their business's great potential. Taylor also leads Stroud's worldwide recruiting process and is the driving force behind Stroud's great talent acquisition.

Taylor received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Before Stroud, he was an aerospace design engineer for Lockheed Martin and a technical problem-solving consultant in manufacturing. He still brings that engineering and technical interest and ability to his client work.

Taylor lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children. He is an active squash player in the winter and a boater in the summer. He also enjoys woodworking, home improvement, and a nice glass of wine.
